Electricforklifts

The "Zauber" family of three- and four-wheel electric forklift trucks with loading capacity 1,25t, 1,6t and 2t distinguish themselves by their compact construction and elegant design. Their indisputable advantages are - high manoeuvre capability, reliable aggregates, high ergonomics, easy exploitation and servicing. These machines are double engine operated through two planetary type reducers which are coupled with 2,4kW DC electric engines. The double engine operating enables the little turning radius due to so-called "electric differential".
The CHASSIS is a welded steel construction measured and tested to FEM. It provides secure fastening of all aggregates and guarantees strength and long life.
The HYDRAULIC SYSTEM is made up of DKO type flexible connections that guarantee reliable congestion. The pump aggregate with 6,5kW electric engine is common for the hydraulic system and the power steering. The distribution of hydraulic flow is done by priority control valve. All cylinders' seals are MERKEL or BUSAK+SHAMBAN brands.

The DRIVING is easy and flawless due to the HKUS type power steering, which is connected to a hydraulic cylinder-spar in the three-wheel, or to a double side cylinder in the four-wheel forklift trucks.
The ELECTRICAL SYSTEM is made up of 48V installation and 24V operating loops. The power supply is provided by a 400Ah traction battery when loading capacity is 1,25t, 500Ah when loading capacity is 1,6t and 600Ah when loading capacity is 2t.
The PULSE CONTROLLERS provide flowing speed regulation of the traction electric engines as well as of the pump electric engine with minimum energy expenses.
The INTEGRATED MICROPROCESSORS enable programming of the functions according to parameters given in advance by the customer. The used brands of regulators are ZAPI-B1, SEVCON-SC2000, CURTIS-1209D.
The LIFTING EQUIPMENT is done in SIMPLEX, DUPLEX and TRIPLEX variations with lifting height from 2,8m up to 5,2m.
The HOESH profiles and Li-Be roller-bearings used enable stable and flowing lead of the load, with minimal looseness between profile and roller.

DRIVER'S PLACE - The high visibility, the adjustable seat according to driver's height, the adjustable steering column permitting slope of the steering wheel, the comfortable position of all command and control devices enable easy and pleasant work during long hours.
